I imagine insulation guys are experiencing more price pressures as fiber glass guys and celluose guys migrate into the foam industry. I am mainly a roofing contractor and I pick up some high-end insulation work on the side. I have done some custom homes when the owner is willing to pay for the foam. Has anyone bid tract homes? Is anybody getting any demand (or seeing your competitors pick up jobs) doing big multi-home developments? Are developers forcing a big discount to do their volume or are they passing the extra costs on to buyers who want an "upgrade to spray foam". Brian www.roofcrafterswest.com
