Basically you put 10 oz coffee can in the ground a few feet from the wall and inside it you put bate. If you can get at the buggers (trails) throwing a couple of ozs of borax cleaning powder will destroy all that come in contact with the powder trail. Next you want to kill the queen. Boratic acid the concentrated borax is also sold as "roach Proof" is about as harmful to humans as baking soda but it will make the queen unable to have more bugs. The trick to get the drones to take it to her and feed her with it and her to eat it is to mix roach proof powder($3.96 from ace hardware) with tooth past and or scope mouthwash to a thick paste. the glycol sugars will attract the bugs and they take it back to the queen. they will be gone in no time at all. So to instantly kill those damaging a particular part of the house can can use borax soap but to get the nest you do not use borax powder as you do not want to kill the drones taking the bate to the queen. This works with ants, fire ants, roaches or any bug with a thorax.
