Foam Performance
Guys,I spray OC and CC. I know that foam performs better than its R-Value. Does any know of an accredited lab that has results to prove same. In the case of CC I need to provide documentation to the local building inspector so that I do not need to fill a 2 x 6 cavity with 5.5" of CC. |

Go to sprayfoam.org and check out articles that I wrote on ATI wall performance testing and Oakridge National Lab testing. It shows both open and closed cell foam outperforming fiberglass insulation by 10 to 40% depending on the conditions. |

Mason, I went to sprayfoam.org and cannot find an article search. I even called and the person answering looked but could not find same under a folder with your name on it. They gave me the voice mail of Dan but he has not called back. Can you help with the article mentioned. |

If you go to news and media section towards the bottom of the page, there is an article titled SPF Outperforms fiberglass in attic performance test. |
