fusion drill bits
hi guys i'm josh from holland..
i fiddled around on polyurea.com but theres just nobody on there and seeing we use the same equipment........

i know the original graco bits are not supposed to go al the way through but after a serious crossover the gun is totally soaked in either amin (polyurea) or iso, so the little space between the end of the drillbit and the plunger hole for the trigger is still contaminated, i use a smaller drill to get the debris out, my thought would be to have one more long, smaller bit included in the set or am i doing something wrong?

we go through at least 2 guns a day and clean them when we get home,
it seems also that the smallest gap for the side-seal wears out pretty fats, we go though them smallest seals faster than you can say polyurea.
thanx from europe

If you are talking about the air passages in the handle portion of the gun, Graco makes a complete drill bit kit including an extra long 1/8" bit for getting to that particular spot. Give me a call for info!
