It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I am going to take out the dry wall and spray directly to the underside of the garage ceiling with sprayfoam. Yes, it will make a huge difference. The foam will seal all the cracks that is allowing hot and cold air to infiltrate into your living space. The fiberglass just can't do as good a job.
