Does the pressure go down to almost 0 then start pumping again? Or does it go down and not pump? When it is not pumping but should be pumping, where are the pumps? Bottom of stroke, top, or middle? Where the hydraulic rod attaches to the pumps, there is a steel block. Is the hydraulic rod screwed all the way into the block, or can you see some of the threads at the bottom of the rod? It should be bottomed out so you can't see any threads. When was the last time you rebuilt the A side pump? Is there alot of crystallized iso visible? Does it pump correctly for 15 minutes or so, then start to have this issue? A 15 minute phone call would be better if you are in a hurry to get this fixed. George 603.745.3911 |
