Graco E-20 vs. Glas-Craft Guardian A-5
I am looking to put together a basic spray rig. I am looking at the above two proportioners and am looking for feedback positive and negative between the two. Would also consider other proportioners if one comes highly recommended.

I've been in the industry for just under a year and my E-20 hasn't had the first problem. Very nice machine, only maintenance i've had to do is change the throat seal liquid and it continues to perform like a champ, day in and day out! |

I have a brand new Guardian sitting in our shop, which we are going to install in a trailer for next year. Looks like a good unit. I have had very good success with Glascraft for 19-years. I got a T-3H in 1987 and used it until 2002. Today we have an MH (big boy), a Raider, and a Guardian. I think the Guardian will last longer than the E-20. The E-20 has to make MANY more cycle per gallon than the Guardian, which means more wear. olger |
