The foam is a non-polyurethane based product that is mixed and injected into a bare cavity. R value is around 4 and it has the consistency of open cell foam, white in color. I think there are some ads on SprayFoamMagazine.com on the products. There may be some injectable polyurethane foams, check with the chemical suppliers that handle polyurethane foam.
