Major equipment issues
First I am blowing hydraulic fittings where the heated hose attaches to the machine, I only happens ten minutes after I turn in the primry heaters brand new hose too. As well as repair new hose does the same thing, I am beginning to think that the primary heater is not turning off and running up to 190 degrees so causing pump failure. Does this sound possible to anyone

Are you turning your pump on before your heater so that you have 1500psi, then add heat and bring the pressure up over 5,000 psi? What equipment and hoses do you have? George |
