More B side when changing sets
Hi all, I was just wondering if it is normal to have more B side left than A side when switching a set. Our A side drums always run out first. I was curious one day and measured the liquid of both sides (with separate dip sticks of course) and noticed there was 52 gallons A side and 50 B side. So I'm confused how we run out of a side all the time. Thanks.

Spray foam kits are sold by weight not by volume. The B side weighs slightly less than the A side so that is why you run out of A first. It is normal. If you ran out at the same time, it would indicate that the foam is slightly off ratio. |
