What are some of the things you guys offer as part of the envelope? Examples caulking, foaming windows, etc.

We offer the whole package, caulking all double studs, double top plate, where bottom olate meets the floor etc. and foaming around the windows and doors. George |

If you want to be known as a professional company caulk everything including wall ties, top plates, bottom plates, window framing, double studs etc. Soft foam doors windows and any other cracks you didn't get foam in, and cut it off flush after it dries. Leave the place spotless with all overspray scraped. You will be surprised how much the customer will appreciate the job, likewise you will be surprised how far word of mouth will take your business. This industry is all about word of mouth and the quality of your work. |
