Spray Foam over Spray Foam Residue
Good evening. I had ccSF installed yesterday and it was a botched job. Had them remove the foam all day today, but of course, there's a residue against the OSB sheathing (basement) where it was applied. Can I have ccSP reapplied over the residue? Will it adhere just as strongly as if there was no residue?

The small pieces of foam left will not affect adhesion. Foam sticks to foam real well. Just want to make sure the residue is not sticky or gummy. |

Thank you sir - one more question (I hope). Insulator used Goo Gone Pro Power citrus scent today to remove the residue. Did he ruin the OSB for future insulation? What are the ramifications? Thank you very much. |

How did they botch the job? Were they off ratio? Poor workmanship? Shrinkage? |
