I would like to cordially invite all of you attending the annual 2015 Sprayfoam Conference to attend my presentations on Thursday, Jan 29, 2015 in Albuquerque.First topic is "Dealing with Overspray" I talk about proven ways, tips and tools to minimize overspray both on roofing and building envelope projects Next: "What to Do When the Job Goes South" Tips and procedures for handling customer complaints and minimizing fall out when jobs don't turn out so well. I talk about things to do before, during and after the job. Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the conference. |
