Spraying a high rise building
We are looking at spraying a building that is around 100' high. We are going to need every bit of the 310' of hose we have on our H2-/35pro to cover the roof. My question is could there be any pump issues with having to pump that material straight up for 100'?

One thing to be careful with will be the weight of the hose in general. If you have 100' of hose hanging over the building, I recommend going out a couple of windows on the way up and relieving the hose weight by tying hitches around the hose and then securing it inside the building. If you just bend the hose over the parapet, the weight could compromise the hose and cause a failure somewhere. I can't think of a worse scenario than a high pressure break and ISO all over a building. If you have a good sized machine, you should be able to compensate for the gravity issue by raising the pressures until you get a pattern you are used to on a normal roof. |
