They are in the same location, approximately 2 inches from the top side of the window. Running horizontally. We have spray foam insulation. We added a humidifier to our furnace to keep the humidity up. It runs between 35 and 42 currently. Our builder says the cracks are our fault because the humidity level is too low. It needs to be around 50%. I think it is unbelievable that the cracks are in the same location and only in that room for it to be the humidity. I believe it from settling? Any insight?
