Where the two building are meating on the roof area they sprayed foam, and used elastomeric coating (no drainage, but we won't discuss this) Anyway they are getting serious leakage at this junction. Not only along the wall but also the seams. They want me to coat the seams with a two component polyurea/urethane hybrid coating. Now the foam has detereated due to lack of matainance and ponding water issue at the juntion of the buildings. We have had a week of drizzling rains and the foam is soaked. Water has also ran down between the foam and building below. Do you go ahead and foam back what has broken loose or do you allow a good two to three weeks for the water to evaporate???? If you foam back right away you may get high levels on moisture content between the buildings, on the other hand it may drain into the soil this winter/next spring, Also I have time lines to keep but want to do an outstanding job.
