Trying to find a sprayer
Does anyone have any idea where to find or how to find an experienced sprayer? We have been searching for several months with no real qualified candidates. Is there a school with a pool of newly trained sprayers or a way to find some talent? ANy advice is welcome, thank you.

What part of the country are you working in? Are you doing roofs or residential? I feel the first requirement for an employee is they have to be a hard worker, after that comes on the job training. |

We are located near Rochester, NY serving Upstate NY areas. We would prefer an experienced sprayer, but can train a hard worker who is willing to learn to be the crew supervisor. |

Can someone please give me some type of guidelines as for what a sprayer should be compensated per day? Is a percentage of the job discussed? Are benefits such as health insurance, 401K typically provided? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Doug |

SprayFoamMagazine.com Job Postings may be an opportunity. The site has had several positions listed over the last year. A few employeers have listed repeat ads and claimed good success. Listings run for 90 days are very affordable. Not sure if you have considered this or not. |
