unequal balance
I have tried for the last to days to maintain an equal pressure balance with 2 lb. foam. There is something going on. I cleaned the gun totally and played with temps. has anyone else had this problem

Which side is high? A fluid section may have some wear issues that allow bypass. That will affect the pressure balance. You might also have a small blockage on the whip orfice where it necks down from the regular 3/8" hose. This is more likely on the iso side. all the best, gcw |

What kind of machine do you have? What is happening...is one side increasing more or is one side decreasing while not pumping. Andy |

Make sure your B-side isnt frothing. Tends to be an issue in this heat. |
