wrong hoses
What happens if the material hoses get mixed with a reactor system? What would need replaced? Is there any way to clean out the system?

Tom this is typically referred to a cross-over. I am assuming you got a-side material down the b-side hoses and/or vice versa? Typically you will need to replace evrything that has reacted material in them. In some cases you can flush with solvent, or drill out the contaminated areas, but that is usually if you are lucky. Your ultimate objective is to trace the contaminated areas, and get back to a condition that material can flow freely through them without obstruction. If you try and salvage but dont get everything out of the lines and gun components, you may see over pressure situations, cloged filter screens, and more trouble issues. |

I have a solution to never have a cross over at the gun (if using a g-7) ever again except for user error cant share the solution yet but if any one thinks they might know feel free to reply. |
