There’s a lot to be said for the cost-effectiveness of injection, or pour-in-place, foam insulation. The pre-expanded foam, which is injected into tiny holes drilled into either pre-existing or new wall cavities, has slim-budget advantages that make it an attractive option for both customer and contractor.
On a SPF contractor’s end, it’s a logical investment to add as a supplementary service. Injection foam is a good place to start when the cost of SPF deters potential customers. Furthermore, injection foam has the ability to work in areas that SPF would not be practical, such as in older homes with plaster walls.
